Green Apple Shipping Information

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED?

Green Apple will ship out most orders within a business day of order (we do not ship Sundays or holidays), however, some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via First Class Mail and Priority Mail unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days.

We ship here in the United States and all over the world!

*Shipping (USA ONLY) 2-5 business days shipping using USPS First Class mail (13oz and below)  and Priority Mail (13oz and up)

*International Fee Rate will be calculated at checkout.

* Green Apple does not take responsibility for missing parcels delivered to the address nominated on the order. Please ensure you select a delivery address where you will be present to collect your parcel, or where the driver can leave it securely. 

CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

Green Apple can ship orders Internationally. International Fee Rate will be calculated at checkout. 


HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any back-ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email. You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting "Order History."
