Returns & Exchange Policy with Customer Service Hours

Green Apple Active, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase so we will gladly accept returns and exchanges made within 20 days of delivery. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, styles must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in the original GA eco poly bag. See below for additional details!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

    • Returns and exchanges must be made within 25 days from the ship date on the invoice. MYSTERY BOX ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES NO RETURNS!
    • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered for returns to be accepted. 
    • All hangtags must be attached to the garment.
    • All garments are subject to inspection upon arrival for refund approval.
    • Returns are automatically charged for USPS return label. We offer free shipping for your exchange items.
    • Exchanges are accepted when returned and done through a quick approval process.
    • Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for returns, if returned by customer the item is subject to return postage fees and deductions or we will not accept the item back.
    • Allow up to 10 business days for full processing of your return/refund after we have received your package.
    • An email will be sent notifying you that your return/exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history. 
    • Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment, and any restocking or shipping fees will be deducted at that time. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and emailed to you. 
    • If you are returning a gift, we will issue you an e-gift card in the amount of returned merchandise. The original order number is required to process the return. If you need assistance obtaining this information, please contact us info@greenappleactive.com. Please have the gift giver's full name and address information. We will provide you with a gift return form to enclose with your package if you do not have the original packing slip.

        • For Return/refunds please add your suggestion for our product manager so we may improve this for you. Thank you very much!
        • For exchanges, please include the exchange information in the notes section!
        • Upon approval of your return request. We'll send you an email with your  return shipping label via email with no charge. Please allow 48-72 hrs for us to process your request.
        • We will send your return shipping label via email. This has an automated USPS charge. 
        • When we receive your package we’ll refund you within 5 business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
