   *  Sit with your legs extended out to the sides as wide as comfortable.

   *  Hinge forward from your hips, keeping your spine long.

   *  Relax into the pose for 3-5 minutes.

   *  Benefits: Opens hamstrings and inner thighs, releases tension in the lower back.

*  Supported Child's Pose (Balasana):

   *  Kneel on the floor with your knees hip-width apart and big toes touching.

   *  Rest your torso over your thighs, extending your arms forward or resting them alongside your body.

   *  Support your forehead with a bolster or blanket.

   *  Relax into the pose for 3-5 minutes.

*  Savasana (Corpse Pose):

   *  Lie on your back with your arms alongside your body, palms facing up.

   *  Close your eyes and relax your entire body, letting go of all tension.
